Our Custom Applique Process:
A rich, luxurious, high quality way for you to display your colors! Your specific design details are custom hand sewn onto the base nylon color of the flag, burgee or pennant. Colors, details and highlights are individual pieces of different colors of nylon fabric, sometimes layered and sometimes sewn directly onto the base fabric. Our hand sewn custom applique process produces a rich and vibrant, tactile, custom piece of displayable art! Many people put our burgees in frames for display. Custom appliques are colorful and distinct designs and used where details are necessary and the beauty of the flag can be seen and shown off!
Our Order Process:
Please, first determine the shape of your flag; pennant, burgee, guidon or rectangular flag.
Then determine the size; 12x18", 16x24", 2x3', 3x5' or 4x6', (we can accommodate any size).
Then decide whether you want your burgee to read reverse on back, or to read correct on back (this process costs about twice the read reverse flag). Burgees that do not have writing on them or directional logos or designs that are read left to right usually can be read reverse on back and they will look the same on both sides.
Then decide how many. Finally, have an idea what you want your flag to look like....design--color--font--logo--lettering. We can help in this process if you call us at 727.329.8364.
If you already have your design ready, please email that artwork to us at info@beaverflags.com. When all of these steps are completed we will provide you with a firm quote and time frame to complete your request. Once that quote is approved we will invoice you by email and you can provide payment directly from that email. Once payment is received we will have our art department provide you with a final "proof" of your flag for your approval and we will place your order into our production schedule.
